What is Pilsen Card?
The Pilsen Card is a contactless smart card used as a payment tool and travel document in public transport across Pilsen and the entire Pilsen Region.
What can you use the Pilsen Card for?

Storing season tickets for IDPK and PMDP (Pilsen Public Transport Company)

Paying for single fare tickets using the electronic purse (e-purse)
How to get a Pilsen Card:

Online: Request a card via the Virtual Pilsen Card portal.

In Person: Visit one of the official Sales Outlets (e.g., PMDP Customer Centers or selected railway stations).
Managing Your Card:

You can top up your electronic purse or renew your season tickets online or at designated sales points.

Always carry your printed proof of payment if your card is newly topped up or if you need to verify your transaction during a ticket inspection.

What do you need to get Pilsen Card?
- Identity Card
- photo (35 x 45 mm) or you can have your photo taken (only at PMDP Customer Centers in Pilsen)
- other documents to prove your claim for discount - disability card (ZTP, ZTP/P), student’s card etc.
- pay a fee
